As an Office Manager, your responsibility is to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Entry requirements of this job:

Entry will usually require GCSE/s grades but, if possible, with other academic qualifications and/or relevant experience is also acceptable. However previous experience of similar work is preferred.

Tasks required by this job include:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace.
  • Maintain office records and documentation, both physical and electronic.
  • To co – ordinate with all the stakeholders to ensure smooth running of business.
  • To prepare staff files and maintain staff records.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • To ensure compliance with company policies and address any concerns promptly.
  • To response and deal with customer complaints.
  • To manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing. Keep accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
