Sami’s journey started at an early age working for a London based music record label, to then swiftly moving to a responsible team leader for a worldwide hotel chain. Sami always had a flare for property and travel and thus he went onto creating a travel based company and thereafter transitioned himself towards a traditional but renown Estate agency owned by one of his best friend’s. A few years on and into 2015 he began managing a handful of apartments and houses. He independently greeted guests, parked their cars, cleaned rooms, and offered a concierge style service to clients. This lead to a new perception for him to set the ideals around hospitality and merging real estate. Over the next few years, Sami experimented with various models such as using innovative technology to streamline the hospitality experience and simultanouesly managing HMO’s and short-term rentals. As of a result of this success he earned a Guest Relations award by the platform Booking.com and became a Super host on AirBNB.Today, he is spearheading the Verv ethos and vision.
Norbert a former Italian chef & foodie has always been property orientated. With much experience working with his father in the construction field and paired with his strong passion for interior design, Norbert is able to offer a creative, but informed approach to modern property management. With such a vast amount of the ground knowledge gained over time renting properties for various agencies, it has enabled Norbert to develop into a strong operations leader for Verv.
